പ്ലസ് വണ്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയാണ് ജീവനൊടുക്കിയത്. കെട്ടിടത്തിന്‍റെ സി വിങ്ങില്‍ നിന്നാണ് പെണ്‍കുട്ടി ചാടിയത്. ഒരുമാസത്തിനിടെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സംഭവമാണിത്. കെട്ടിടത്തിന്‍റെ ഇതേഭാഗത്തു നിന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം ഒരാണ്‍കുട്ടിയും താഴേക്ക് ചാടി ജീവനൊടുക്കിയിരുന്നു. സംഭവത്തില്‍ വിശദമായ അന്വേഷണത്തിനു ശേഷം പ്രതികരിക്കാമെന്ന് പൊലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.

A teen girl allegedly committed suicide on Thursday by jumping off the 23rd floor of a building in Goregaon East, a Mumbai police official said. The incident took place in the early hours of the day at Oberoi Square complex, he said. "The 17-year-old girl, a Class XI student, jumped from the building's C wing. This is the second incident in the complex within a span of one month. A male student had ended his life by jumping off the A wing," the official said. A case of accidental death was registered at Aarey Colony police station and further probe into the incident is underway, he added.
