മലപ്പുറം താഴെക്കോട് പിതാവ് മകനെ തലയ്ക്കടിച്ചു കൊന്നു. മദ്യപിച്ചെത്തിയുള്ള വഴക്ക് സഹിക്കാനാവാതെയായിരുന്നു കൊലപാതകം. മരുതല പറങ്ങാടൻ നൗഷാദ് ബാബു ആണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്. പിതാവ് മുഹമ്മദ് എന്ന മാനുവിനെ പോലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തു ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രി 12മണിക്കാണ് സംഭവം വീടിനകത്തെ അടുക്കളയിലാണ് മൃദദേഹം കിടന്നിരുന്നത്. മദ്യപിച്ചെത്തുന്ന നൗഷാദ് വീട്ടിൽ നിത്യവും വഴക്കുണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ടത്രെ.ഇതിൽ സഹികെട്ട് പിതാവ് മുഹമ്മദ് മകൻ നൗഷാദ് ബാബുവിനെ കൊലപെടുത്തിയെന്നാണ് നിഗമനം. വടികൊണ്ട് തലയ്ക്കടിച്ചാണ് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.സംഭവ സമയത്ത് നൗഷാദ് ബാബുവിന്റെ ഉമ്മ സുലൈഖയും സഹോദരൻ ഹിദായത്തുള്ളയും വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.മുഹമ്മദിനെയും,ഹിദായത്തുള്ളയെയും പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ പോലിസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തു. സി ഐ ഷാജുകെ എബ്രഹാം എസ്ഐ കെ പ്രമോദ്എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃരത്വത്തിൽ ഇൻക്വസ്റ്റ് നടത്തി.വിരലടയാള വിദഗ്ദർ തെളിവുകൾ ശേഖറിച്ചു. മഞ്ചേരി മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ മൃദദേഹം പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം നടത്തി. ഓട്ടോ തൊഴിലാളിയായ നൗഷാദ് ബാബു രണ്ട് വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഭാര്യമാർ രണ്ട് പേരും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് പോയതാണ്.
